My name is Henry Bingaman, cofounder of Tenacity.
I built Tenacity (along with my technical cofounder, Nick Watts) to solve a problem I didn’t even realize was a problem for the first 15 years of my freelance career.
That problem was... and is... too many subscriptions that don’t talk to each other.
It’s expensive. And it’s frustrating.
Look, I don’t like complexity. I’m a copywriter, so I just want to write copy.

How Is the Free Plan Actually Free?
Fair question. Everything in that box at the top of the page is yours at $0, and it doesn’t expire.
Here’s the deal. On the free plan, we take 3% of your invoice payments (on top of the normal processor fees). The plan costs you nothing until you’re actually getting paid... which means we don’t make money until you do. That’s the whole catch.
And your data is yours. Export it any time. If Tenacity isn’t for you, you leave with everything.
When you’re ready, upgrade to Pro and the 3% goes away.
The Honest Part... This Is a Beta, and We’re Treating It Like One
Tenacity opens August 3. The beta signup window stays open for 30 days, and on September 2 we close the doors and get to work with the freelancers inside.
Everything you saw in the demo is built and working. But we’re calling this a beta because that’s what it is. Before we open this up to the whole world, we want a group of real freelancers running real businesses on it.
Which means we’re asking for three things.
